The 1-day basic safety course VCA for Supervisors (VOL-VCA) is primarily intended for managers and team leaders who in this role need the VOL-VCA diploma and are participating in the course for the first time.
During the VOL-VCA course participants learn how to work safely (or delegate) and how people can be motivated to work safely and responsibly .
This refresher course prepares participants quickly and professionally for the VOL VCA exam, which is taken at the end of the day. An experienced VL VCA instructor addresses key issues and developments, discusses the "pitfalls" of the exam and take a ‘test’ exam with you.
If you do not pass, you can do SAIO exam again within 5 days.

Course form
The Open Enrollment Course VOL-VCA consists of 1 day of lessons 08.00 to 15.00 hours. The group on average consists of 15 to 20 participants.
The course concludes with a written exam at 15.00 with a miximum duration of 1 1/2 hours. For participants with reading or language problems there is the possibility of a oral exam. For groups and in-company courses, the course and times will be adjusted in close consultation.
Diploma / Certificate
The examination is conducted by approved by ECABO ICEC (formerly BPB). Participants who pass this exam will receive the SSVV diploma. This qualification is valid for 10 years.
The VOL VCA diploma replaces the former Diploma VVA 2. Note, If you have a VVA1 as well as a VVA2 diploma, of which the VVA1 has expired, automatically the VVA 2 diploma is no longer valid. You should then, depending on your position, take the B-VCA or VCA VOL exam.
Languages
Except in Dutch, we can also provide VOL-VCA courses in English, German, French. No other languages are possible.
Location
The course VOL-VCA refresher can, on average, be followed once every month on location SAIO. For groups, we also provide in-company courses.
