Rigging & Slinging

The Rigging & Slinging courses offered by SAIO are developed in close cooperation with Fanklin Offshore Europe. Franklin is world leading in hoisting/mooring/lifting equipment and services and approached SAIO for cooperation in the development of high quality training courses in the field of Rigging & Slinging. SAIO already had a long lasting experience with training courses like safely moving of loads and working with cranes and its training facilities are the best you can find.

DNV certificates

Participants of the Rigging & Slinging training courses that succesfully complete the exams, are rewarded with a DNV certificate. DNV stands for quality and worldwide recognition of their certificates.

Rigging & Slinging commission

To ensure the contents and quality of the training courses, DNV has set up a Rigging & Slinging commission with representatives of major users and suppliers in this industry. Among Others Heerema Marine Contractors, Seaway Heavy Lifting, Scaldis, Van Beest, Koster Industrial Textiles, Lankhorst Ropes and Franklin Offshore Europe are represented.
